AMC Returns to DISH Network

Echostar and Cablevision, the parent companies of DISH TV and AMC Networks (respectively), announced a settlement to their lawsuit on Sunday night.  Most pertinently to DISH TV subscribers and AMC fans, the AMC Network has been immediately restored.  Other affected channels, including Independent Film Channel (IFC) and Women's Entertainment (WE TV) , will return on November 1st.
Full terms of the settlement have not been released, but DISH has also acquired Cablevision's TV distribution platforms in 45 markets as part of the deal.  Both DISH and Cablevision stocks reached 52 week highs in trading on Monday morning.
